I am now advising you to make yourself available in my office tomorrow, 16th August, at 10:30am.\"<p>  The Chief Executive then went on to tell Dr Cavanagh that if he did not attend the meeting she would take disciplinary action against him.<p>  The Chief Executive Mrs Lawrence lied to the court because she was trying to force Dr Cavanagh to provide information she was not entitled to. Her aim was to remove Tess from the hospital to another hospital which Dr cavanagh resisted because it was not in Tess's best interests, he then found himself on the wrong side of a Chief Executive who had no problem resorting to harassment.
